Find the Gift of Your LIFE

“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away”
Pablo Picasso

How True ! Most of us live life on a very minute scale. We live life on someone else’s terms and make it so small.
Life is meant to be enjoyed and lived fully and what’s a life’s purpose if you cannot touch others with your work ? And the best way to do that is to find that one thing you were created to do.
How to find your gift?
I believe every one is created to do something special, something that he can do best and if you find this one thing, everything else will fall into place.
Life is limitless. The only limits we have are the one’s we create.
Lets do a very quick exercise.
Take a pen and paper.
Close your eyes (after reading this 🙂 ) and think :
If you are not bound by limitations of earning, life-style, commitments…, what is that One Thing you will do today.
Take your time.
Now open your eyes and write down that one thing on the paper.
This is your gift of life.
Now you have to think of how to get it.
Are you in a situation where you can start today and devote all your time to this one thing?
If yes, you are very fortunate!  Start on it NOW.
If not, still there is a good way.
Analyse your day and find out if you can spare out 30 min in a day to start working on that dream. You can definitely take out such small amount of time. Don’t worry if the amount of time is too less. Its better to start small and take the first few steps.
Just be persistent. Do not miss a day. Just imagine yourself 3 months or 3 years from now.
Consistency has the power to move mountains.
And remember to share your gift, your learning, your experience with others.
Help others to find their gift.
This will be a life worth living.

I hope everyone of us finds that true gift you have or you acquire and share it with others with true selflessness.
Once you find the path you have to go on. Just be persistent and don’t get tired. You will find great joy at the other end of this road.
